Boyer Properties, LLC. is a family owned and operated rental company. The Boyer family builds and owns all the townhomes they manage so they may provide you with the highest quality rental.
Amy Mackay, Jim and JoAnn's daughter, manages the Boyer Properties, LLC. rentals. Amy received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Montana State University of Bozeman and a Masters of Education from Lesley University. Amy taught elementary school for eight years. Her career change has enabled her to become active in the family business. During her free time Amy enjoys hiking, running, golfing, and spending time with her family.
Laura Boyer, Jim and JoAnn's daughter, manages the Boyer Properties, LLC along with her responsibilities with Design Builders, Inc.

JoAnn Boyer is a licensed Real Estate Broker. JoAnn began her Real Estate career as an Agent and then Broker for Re/Max of Billings. During that time JoAnn won several awards such as:The Re/Max Hall of Fame and Montana Salesman of the Year. In 2001 JoAnn formed the Real Estate Agency Boyer & Company, LLC. When not working JoAnn enjoys spending time golfing and playing bridge.


Design Builders, Inc. was established in 1977 by Jim Boyer. Since then the Boyer family has combined their talents and have dedicated their career to designing unique homes and office spaces. Together the Boyer Family is dedicated to each project to make sure quality does meet design.
Jim Boyer attended Cal Poly Tech in San Louis Obisbo, CA where he earned his bachelor degree in Architecture. Combining his passion of the great outdoors and his vision of developing unique homes, Jim transferred his family to Billings, MT. When not working Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Laura Boyer, Jim and JoAnn's daughter, works alongside them in the business. Laura graduated from Carroll College in 1994. Laura works in the office taking care of the bookkeeping, works with the subcontractors coordinating the schedule, decorates the houses, and works with customers. When not working Laura enjoys spending time with her two sons, reading, and scrapbooking. |
